Booking An Appointment
Scheduling your initial exam or dental treatment at MB Dental at Heights is simple. Just call our office, or schedule online, and one of our helpful team members will gladly assist you. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other patients.
What To Expect
Upon arrival, our friendly team will welcome you into the lobby. You’ll receive new patient paperwork, including a health questionnaire, insurance information request, and contact details. We’ll also provide helpful information about our office and how we manage patient privacy.
Your First Examination
Your first dental exam will last about one hour. During this time, the dedicated team at MB Dental at Heights will discuss your oral hygiene habits and listen to any health concerns you may have. We prioritize educating patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral care. We’ll also demonstrate proper dental care techniques and offer any additional advice. One of our hygienists will clean your teeth, and Dr. Maredia or Dr. Bana will conduct the examination and provide recommendations for any necessary treatments.
Managing Discomfort
Our goal is to ensure you feel at ease throughout your visit, including reducing any potential discomfort. If you’re undergoing a procedure, Dr. Maredia or Dr. Bana will discuss your discomfort levels and plan the best approach for managing it. Together, we’ll address your dental needs while keeping discomfort to a minimum, helping you get back to your daily life quickly.
